How it works

	Main entrance Enter using the elegant contactless media (coming close to the reading device will open the door) or durable contact chips. Stop free copying of keys, monitor your own access media. Works well with any home phones (remote door control over the house phone remains fully functional).
	Mailbox area Limited access to the mailbox area for post delivery personnel only. Stop the post delivery personnel or whoever gets hold of their access media from having easy access to the entire building.
	Basements Limited access to the basement area only for people who share the basement spaces. Easy control of the basement access
	Parking garage entrance Do strangers park in your parking garage? Do you need a barrier, remote control operated gate, parking space bollards? We can provide all these devices and connect them to our system.
	Elevators Are your neighbors refusing to share the cost of the elevator operation and yet use it anyway? By easy setting of the program you can limit the operation of the elevator to authorized users only. You decide who gets access.
	Back or side entrances Monitor the back or any other entrances of the apartment house.

Components

Control unit An integral part of the access system that controls the access rights. Depending on the needs of the customer, it can be supplied in a version that registers any and all passing of users or in a simple version without registering the passing of users. The HOUSEKEEPER system is designed to offer flexible use and can be custom built as blocks based on the requirements of a specific customer.  The control electronics has a lockable metal case and should be placed in a safe and protected part of the building not farther than 10 meters from the reading terminal.		Reading terminals Models available for contact and contactless reading of the identification media or even for communication with remote control. The terminal electronics is supplied in a metal case (contact version) or in a plastic box to be placed on the glass of the door (contactless version). Terminals always emit visual and sound signals.
Identification media Each user owns only one identification media that can be used for identification at all points equipped with DOORKEEPER electronics while various access rights can be issued for each specific point. Identification media – cards that can be of any print design either one or two sided. Media -  pendants – choice of various designs.

Evaluation software

Provides complex management of the access rights and data, easy programming and maintenance of HOUSEKEEPER system. Simple installation and user-friendly interface. Unlimited number of lists for specific control electronics  (i.e. specific entry points). Offers individual rele-connection duration and printouts of lists.
